I have had excellent relationship with Ajay. I gave Ajay a target for a house which is from a top tier builder in North DFW area for a luxury home for a house in 525k list price range to bring down to 480k and he did it. I did not buy the house yet as I got more greedy and little panicky as wanted to get more benefits as I see over inflated price coming down across DFW area. Ajay has remain calm and has been supportive and not at all pushy and not shown frustration even though he did reach the milestone I asked him to by his excellent negotiation skills.
