We had a very pleasant experience working with Ajay for our house search. He was extremely proactive and set up appointments with builders for us to see only the kind of properties we were looking for. He was responsive at all times and smoothened out all issues that tend to arise while looking for a new construction house. He was with us every step of the way and also saved us money by spotting an error in the contract with the builder. He’s very nice to talk to and has a very calm demeanor.
