We had an excellent home buying experience working with Ajay. We moved to Texas from New Jersey with the mindset of buying a house in less than 6 months and needed an expert we can trust who can guide us. A friend referred us to Ajay and I must say we never needed anyone else and knew from first day we are on correct path with knowledgeable guide. His soft skills to communicate with others, patience level with customers is incredible and makes him amiable person to work with. He always gives suggestions, pros & cons of each property in detail and will continue showing properties until one finds his/her dream home. Not only that, he was always available to assist even post closing to sort out minor issues.
