We had aN excellent home buying experience working with Ajay. We moved to Texas from Pennsylvania and did not haveinformation about the Housing market in Dallas metro area. We initially contacted Ajay over email/phone to provide our criteria for the house. Ajay sent us the list of houses within 24 hrs matching our criteria. Once we shortlisted the houses we wanted to see, Ajay had lined up the appointments to visit these houses. He was very knowledgeable about the houses both on the financials and the overall construction quality. We were able to finalize and close on the house all in the span of 45 days from the first time contacted Ajay.
